AI creative infrastructure for performance advertising
Castspin is the platform performance teams run to turn one product brief into dozens of UGC-style video ads — cast, scripted, shot and cut without a studio, a crew, or a creator contract.
Below $10k/day, the ad account is almost never the problem. The creative pipeline is.
Performance teams stall at the point where they can no longer produce enough genuinely distinct creative to keep searching for the angle that works. Shoots are slow, creators are expensive, and every additional variant costs about the same as the first. Castspin removes that ceiling by making the marginal ad close to free.
The platform
Three steps between a product page and a folder of platform-ready ads. Your team runs it — there's no queue and no brief you submit and wait on.
Drop in a product URL. Castspin reads the page, the offer, the objections and the review corpus, then writes angles against what buyers actually say — not against a generic template.
Pick an actor, a setting and a delivery. Castspin generates the performance — face, voice, room, framing — and holds it consistent across every take in the campaign.
One approved concept becomes a matrix: new hooks, new lengths, new aspect ratios, new CTAs. Export straight to Meta and TikTok specs with captions burned in.
Capabilities
Who it's for
In-house teams that need more concepts per week than a shoot calendar can physically produce.
Shops running many accounts, where creative volume per client is the binding constraint on results.
Single-operator brands with no crew, no studio and no budget for a creator roster.
Questions
No — it's replacing the ads you never made. Most teams aren't choosing between an AI ad and a creator ad; they're choosing between an AI ad and nothing, because the shoot isn't for another three weeks. Creator content still wins on trust. Castspin covers the volume underneath it.
Some do, and those get cut. The output that survives is the output that reads as a person talking to a camera in a real room. That's a function of casting, framing, pacing and script — which is why Castspin treats those as the product rather than treating generation as the product.
Meta and TikTok both require AI-generated content to be labelled, and both apply automatic labels in many cases. Castspin is built on the assumption you will disclose. Nothing in the tool depends on hiding it.
It exports files. Drop them into Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager the same way you would any other creative. Direct publishing integrations are on the roadmap, not shipped.
A product. Your team operates it. We handle onboarding and brand calibration so the first outputs are usable, then the workflow is yours — you are not submitting briefs into a queue and waiting on someone else's turnaround.
Early. Castspin is self-funded and onboarding deployments deliberately slowly so the feedback loop stays short. That's why access is scoped on a call rather than a signup form — see pricing.
About
Castspin comes out of running paid social at volume for consumer brands and hitting the same wall every time: the targeting was fine, the offer was fine, and the thing that ran out was creative. Every scaling plateau turned out to be a production plateau wearing a different hat.
So the tool got built internally first — an assembly line for ad concepts, designed by someone who had to live with the output in a real ad account. Castspin is that system, made available to other operators.
